Shipping & Returns


Processing time is 3-5 working days to ensure you get the best quality and the best service.

UK orders for £35 and over are delivered free of charge.

Important - please read: Oils and butters that we sell are cold pressed and unrefined. It can happen that duirng the colder months these oils solidify and the butters become mildy grainy. Oils can be warmed up in a jug with warm water wehreas butters melt on skin contact. This does not mean that the oils is rancid or the butter is beyond its sell by date and it is not a reason to ask for a return with a refund.

Skincare products may be confiscated at customs in certain countries such as Japan and China. We have no control over customs in these countries and cannot be held liable for loss in transit.

Deliveries to Russia are also affected by customs opening parcels and removing items - please bear this in mind when ordering skincare products.

Expect a delivery time of at least 5 working days for postal delivery to Norway, Switzerland and other non EU member countries.

UK deliveries: we deliver to any UK postal address, however all Islands, Northern Ireland and North of Scotland are only served by Royal Mail. Deliveries are made via Royal Mail or courier. A signature may be required on receipt unless you want your parcel to be left in a safe place in case you are out and cannot sign for delivery.

Delivery times within UK:
First Class Signed For: 1-3 working days.
Second Class Signed For: 3-5 working days.

Last order date for Christmas delivery: 18th Dec. 2016.

For our overseas customers postage is via Royal Mail or DHL/FedEx.
International customers: by chosing uninsured airmail you accept liability for loss or damage in transit. For complete peace of mind we recommend you choose International Signed for (Europe or Rest of the World). Please note that there may be customs and import duties payable by you over which we have no control.

Delivery times international: 
between 5 (Europe) and 20 days (worldwide).

Last order date for Christmas delivery: 12th Dec. for Europe (standard airmail) and 4th Dec. 2016 all other countries (standard airmail).

You will receive an email once your order has been processed and your goods have been dispatched.


You have the right to return or cancel your order within 14 days from the next day of receipt for a full refund excluding delivery charges, provided the goods are unused and undamaged. Opened and used skincare and cosmetics are exempt from returns under the Distance Selling Act. Please email us or phone us if you are unsure and need advice.

Faulty items (i.e. damaged in transit) will be refunded in full including return shipping charges. We may require a legally binding statement from you and/or photographs for insurance purposes.

and include your order reference number or print out of the original invoice which was sent to you by email (tip: it can be downloaded from within your account if you created one with us).

Upon receipt we will inspect the item/s and issue a refund to your credit card or your Paypal Account.

We regret that we cannot enter into any phone communication in regards to exchanges or refunds once items have been returned. Our chosen form of communciation for legal reasons in this case is either email or via letter post. However, if you have any questions before returning goods then we are happy to take your phone call and advice you about your options.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non­refundable. Please obtain proof of posting as we are not liable for loss or damage in transit. Refunds given include the basic cost of shipping the item to you.

We regret that we are unable to send out free skincare samples due to the handmade nature of our products. If you are in any doubt about the quality of products when receiving them then please send us an email and do not open or use the product. Very often whipped and other butters arrive in either a hardened or extremely soft condition because of cold or hot weather or storage temperatures in transport vehicles. This generally has no effect on the quality and is not a reason to claim a refund or an exchange. We also reserve the right to change our packaging if it suits the product better i.e. during the summer months certain butters and oils may come in resealable bags or bottles rather than jars, tins or paper bags. This helps to avoid spillage and consequently customer dissatisfaction. Pictures therefore are for illustration purposes only.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the above.
